YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:
- Twice-Monthly Sessions: We meet every 1st Sunday and last Thursday of the month. Each session is designed to be engaging, interactive, and reflective, giving girls the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together.
- Starting with a Book: To kick off our journey, we’ll be reading a book that ties into our themes of identity, self-worth, and positive self-talk. This book will serve as a foundation for our discussions and reflections.
- A Supportive Community: Girls will be part of a like-minded group where they can share their experiences, ask questions, and build meaningful friendships.
- Fun and Learning Combined: We believe that learning should be fun! Our sessions include a mix of discussions, activities, and creative projects that make the experience enjoyable and memorable.

Meet Your Youth Coach & Cheerleader, Esther
I am on a mission to build strong and confident youths through life-giving tools, trainings, and resources so that they can make a difference in the world. This gives them access to a full, happy and purposeful life.
As a Life and Leadership Coach, I am deeply passionate about helping young girls discover their true identity and live with confidence. As a certified coach with John C. Maxwell, the world’s #1 leadership authority, and a proud mom of two vibrant youths, I understand how crucial it is for young people to have early access to strong leaders and unique resources. That’s why I’m dedicated to empowering the next generation to make healthy choices that will serve them for a lifetime.
At God Girls Gathering, I bring my professional expertise and personal experiences to create a supportive space where girls can grow, set healthy boundaries, and build positive self-esteem. I’m excited to pass on my life’s work to help these incredible young girls embrace their potential and shine brightly as they journey into adulthood. I’m here not just as a coach, but as a cheerleader, ready to guide and encourage them every step of the way.

Since I started the Shine Youth Program, I have learned many things from Coach Esther and the guest speakers. Some of my favorite topics are: Self confidence, Time Management, and Being a leader!
I have started loving my self more because Shine Youth has helped me understand I am special and God created me in his own special image.
Even though I’m still working to improve my ability to manage time everyday, I have learnt a lot about how to put the important things in my life first. One of my memorable sessions was when we discussed that the most important things in our lives are like rocks, the second most major things are like pebbles and the rest is sand.
Shine Youth has taught me so much about leadership and being a good role model to my peers. I have been able to help the people around me and take charge in some situations. I would say I have come a long way because of Shine Youth. Just like the name, Shine Youth has helped me and many other youths shine as bright as we can and spread our light to people around us.

When my mum initially registered me in this youth club, I did not want to join and I was complaining a lot about how it would take up so much time, Well I am so glad she did not listen to me because this program will forever change my life, in this program I have learnt how to be more courageous and to let my voice be heard. My main goal of this program was to be more courageous and confident and to speak more as a youth leader, I can proudly say today that I have been able to accomplish that through the sessions with Coach Esther and other guest facilitators. I have also been able to bravely stand up for others in my class. My teacher has noticed the difference in how I positively influence others. Thank you Mum, Coach Esther and to the other amazing guest speakers for investing in me!

I just wanted to share what I've learned from the Shine youth monthly sessions. So before this session my mom (Coach Esther) told me to speak up because when I first got to places I would be shy and not talk to anyone, but ever since I joined the Arise and Shine I found that I've been bolder and not only did Coach Esther help me, Coaches Leslie and Tremayne also gave me a power up! I am now able to talk to people and be more interactive, when I'm in a new environment! It really helped my daily life, and I think it would impact me in the future. Because if you go to places in the future and you get called to speak to thousands or maybe even millions of people you wouldn't be shy! So I just wanted to reach out and say I'm so grateful for this sessions and how it impacted my life! And I would like if you made another one of these sessions!
This is a quote for young people who are afraid to use their unique voice, You miss 100% of the shots you don't take" what I'm trying to say is that you should give things a shot, "Be Bold!

These sessions helped me be a better person at school especially with leading my friends, it even helped me to become bolder at church and other settings.

Elijah enjoyed every presentation and the different topics every week focusing on leadership, how to overcome failures, setting goals, how to better interact with other people by raising them up instead of bringing them down. But what he loves the most is that every after presentation, they were given a chance to share their thoughts and ideas by calling each participant one by one. This encourages critical thinking and discussion among them. Through this program, he is now more confident in sharing his ideas and this has developed his conversational skills. Overall, it was a fun learning experience.

We Aren't Just Helping Youths Make Healthy Decisions, We Are Enabling Courageous Women leaders.
This program was created from a place of my personal experience
This leadership and character-building program was inspired from my personal journey of navigating the challenges of adolescence and finding my true identity. Growing up, I faced my own struggles with self-esteem, boundaries, dating choices, and understanding my worth. I know firsthand how difficult it can be for young girls to find their voice and stand firm in who they are, especially in a world that often sends mixed messages about identity and value.
This program was created from a deep place in my heart, rooted in my experiences and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I wanted to build a safe, supportive community where girls can explore who they are, grow in confidence, and learn the tools they need to make healthy choices that will serve them for a lifetime. My hope is that through God Girls Gathering, these young girls will feel empowered, loved, and ready to embrace their God-given potential.
