Hi! I'm Esther Hephzibah...

As the Creator and Host of the 12 Days of Giving, my heart is rooted in my mission to light the path for others to SHINE. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator, and the founder of Shine Transformation Consulting Solutions, I delight in empowering others to lead with purpose and passion.

This year, I experienced a healing sabbatical that reshaped my life. Through personal loss and recovery, I’ve learned profound lessons about what truly matters—how to live from a place of alignment and rest, and what freedom and life-giving choices look like. These experiences have grounded me in foundational values that prioritize wellness, intentionality, and living in alignment with my true identity!

In keeping with these values, I’m proud to share that this year, a portion of proceeds from the 12 Days of Giving will support a start up nonprofit serving visible minority women in New Brunswick, Canada. Many newcomer women face migration trauma alongside barriers to settling in a new country, and it’s an honor to contribute to their empowerment and healing.

Whether through a speaking engagement, a team-building workshop, hosting healing retreats for women, or leadership coaching, I am committed to helping others build lives filled with freedom and impact creating space for what truly matters. My hope is that through the 12 Days of Giving, you’ll find resources that inspire, equip, and empower you to step into a life that unlocks your full potential.
