Hi! I'm Esther Hephzibah...
As the Creator and Host of the 12 Days of Giving, my heart is rooted in my mission to light the path for others to SHINE. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator, and the founder of Shine Transformation Consulting Solutions, I delight in empowering others to lead with purpose and passion.
This year, I experienced a healing journey that reshaped my life. Through several personal losses, Iâve learned profound lessons about what truly mattersâhow to live from a place of alignment and rest, and what freedom and life-giving choices look like. These experiences have grounded me in foundational values that prioritize wellness, intentionality, and living in alignment with my true identity!
In keeping with these values, Iâm proud to share that this year, a portion of proceeds from the Holiday Giving initiative will support a start-up nonprofit serving visible minority women experiencing domestic violence in New Brunswick, Canada. Many marginalized women face trauma from domestic abuse alongside barriers to settling in a new country, and itâs an honor to contribute to their empowerment and healing.
Whether Iâm speaking, facilitating a team-building workshop, hosting a healing retreat for women, or coaching leaders, my commitment is the same: helping you build a life of freedom and impact with space for what truly matters. May these resources inspire meaningful memories for your family as we fuel lasting impact together.
