SPRING GIVING 

Hi! I'm Esther Hephzibah...

As the Creator and Host of the 12 Days of Giving, my heart is rooted in my mission to light the path for others to SHINE. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator, and the founder of Shine Transformation Consulting Solutions.

Through speaking engagements, team-building workshops, healing retreats for women, and leadership coaching, I am committed to helping women reclaim their voice, build lives filled with freedom and purpose, and create space for what truly matters. My core focus is on supporting women in discovering their true identity and aligning with their purpose to create lasting impact

Through personal losses and recovery, I’ve learned profound lessons about what truly matters—how to live from a place of alignment and rest, and what freedom and life-saving decisions choices look like. These experiences have grounded me in foundational values that prioritize wellness, intentionality, and living in alignment with my true identity!

In keeping with these values, I’m proud to share that in honor of Mothers' day , all proceeds from the Spring Giving initiative will support our nonprofit serving visible minority women (Single Moms and other marginalized communities)  in New Brunswick, Canada. Many newcomer women experience trauma from migration, systemic barriers and and domestic abuse alongside other challenges to settling in a new country, and it’s an honor to contribute to their empowerment and healing.
